Mark M. Sternisha

Mark joined CP Environmental Filters in 1989 following the acquisition of the EVO Systems assets and he led substantial growth of the dust collector manufacturing side of the business. Mark’s strong engineering background facilitated the company’s pursuit of challenging and unique dust collection applications. In addition, Mark expanded the representative network, extending the reach of the company throughout North America. Today he manages the business as sole proprietor, while still focusing on equipment sales and field work. Mark has dealt with all facets of the business and specializes in application troubleshooting, field services and system design. He has a broad range of experience in dry filtration applications. Mark is the go-to person for all dust collection related questions. In his spare time, Mark enjoys woodworking and cycling.

Scott Franco

Scott joined the CPE Filters team in 1998 as a regional sales manager. Scott’s previous experience was with the Raymond/Bartlett-Snow division of Schenck Process Group, first in the service engineering department and later in the thermal process engineering group. During this time, Scott tackled challenging process applications including fine-grind milling, rotary drying, flash drying, and high temperature calcining dust collection. Over more than 20 years at CPE Filters, Scott has imparted and expanded his extensive knowledge base to the application and design of the company’s dust collection equipment and systems. Scott currently manages and supports CPEF’s network of manufacturers’ representatives. Additionally, he enjoys assisting customers in finding solutions for difficult applications and spending time on site working with the company’s field Installation team. Outside of work, along with his wife Tanja, Scott is busy with two teenage sons and their activities. In his free time, Scott enjoys golf, snow and waterskiing, and reading.

Wendy Nora

Wendy is the newest addition to the CPE Filters team after joining in early 2019. She comes with an extensive dust collection industry background spanning over 30 years. Currently in a dual sales and marketing role, she is helping CPEF modernize the website and printed materials. In the sales capacity she specializes in process applications and OEM account sales. Wendy is a life-long learner who appreciates the opportunity to tackle challenging applications and acquire new skills. Strategy and process are cornerstones in her approach to business and life. Outside of work, she is an avid practitioner of yoga, and she enjoys cooking plant-based meals, planning travel, reading, and spending time with family and friends.

Wayne Hawn

Wayne joined the CPE Filters team in April 2017. He has over 30 years of experience in the dust collection industry with responsibilities from engineering to aftermarket sales to project management. Wayne works remotely from the Atlanta, GA area and is responsible for servicing CPEF sales representatives and clients primarily in the Southeastern US. Wayne seeks to provide the best customer care and is always willing to take on new challenges. His outlook to life and work is just be the best you can be, do the best you can do, and always give 110% to anything you do. When not in the office he enjoys most genres of music, cooking, woodworking, and watching NFL, MLB, and SEC college football games
