CPE Filter Systems is now owned by 4N Filtech LLC and trades under the CPE Filter Systems name. For customers, the practical answer to “what changes?” is: the name on the invoice, and very little else.
Mark Sternisha, who led the company for over forty years, continues as President Emeritus and remains closely involved. Scott Franco and Wayne Hawn, between them carrying more than fifty years in dust collection, remain your points of contact. The engineering approach, the conservative sizing philosophy, and the equipment designs are unchanged.
What is new is investment in project delivery and capacity. Nash Degaonkar joins as Director of Projects, and Nitin Jain brings three decades of manufacturing and operations leadership as President.
Existing orders, warranties, and parts supply are unaffected. If you have a question about equipment supplied under the previous name, call the same number and speak to the same people.
