Someone on Site Who Designed It
Most dust collection installations are carried out by a general mechanical contractor who is competent, careful, and has never installed this particular type of equipment before. That is normal, and it is exactly where supervision earns its cost.
Our field engineers work on site through installation and commissioning — verifying setting and alignment, checking duct connections and grounding continuity, confirming that explosion protection devices are installed as designed, commissioning the cleaning system, and training your operators before we leave.
On combustible dust systems this is not optional in practice. Isolation valves and venting devices installed incorrectly can fail to function in an event, and the error is not visible afterwards.
