Find the Leak Before You Replace the Collector
A single failed bag can put a collector out of compliance while every other component works perfectly. Finding it takes the right test, not a shutdown and a visual inspection of four hundred bags.
We provide airflow and static pressure testing, differential pressure surveys, emissions monitoring support, and leak detection using both fluorescent powder and detection-powder methods. On combustible dust systems we also verify grounding continuity across the collector, duct, and discharge equipment — the check most often skipped and most often failed.
What we test
Test Types
Airflow & static pressure
Branch-by-branch measurement to identify starved pickup points and imbalanced duct runs.
Differential pressure survey
ΔP across the tubesheet over a full cleaning cycle, showing whether the pulse system is actually working.
Leak detection
Fluorescent powder and detection-powder methods to locate failed bags or tubesheet leaks without a full teardown.
Grounding continuity
Verification of bonding across collector, ductwork, and discharge — essential on combustible dust systems.
Compressed air survey
Pulse pressure, volume, and valve function — a common and inexpensive source of poor cleaning.
Emissions support
Coordination and technical support for stack testing and permit compliance demonstration.
