What we do
Custom Dust Collection, Engineered Around the Process
CPE Filter Systems designs and supplies equipment and services for capturing dry particulate from manufacturing processes, and for containing and collecting nuisance dust and fume.
Our equipment is custom-engineered rather than selected from a catalogue, in sizes from 400 to 200,000 CFM. That distinction matters more than it sounds: an off-the-shelf collector sized from a chart will meet its nameplate rating and then spend a decade underperforming on your specific dust. We size conservatively, select media against measured dust characteristics, and design for the plant layout you actually have.
We know a dust collector purchase is often met with reluctance. In many cases it is mandated by compliance and auxiliary to the equipment that actually generates revenue. We understand that, and we work to take the friction out of it — with proven designs, ruggedly built equipment, and a personal approach to getting the specification right.
